In the next few minutes, we will explain WHO we are , HOW we will SAVE Junior College Football, and WHY SAVING Junior College Football will create opportunities for young men and provide access to ALL professions.

WHO – We are a group of dedicated “Football Warriors” who when faced with elimination of junior college football programs around the country, and most recently in Arizona, decided to take the following ACTION:

-Hall of Fame (HOF) college football coaches, the late Larry Philpot and Dave Arslanian developed a PLAN to SAVE junior college football in Arizona – – the teams are privately funded – – the PLAN has now been improved and duplicated in Utah and other sites.

-They selected and offered the PLAN to the Arslanian brothers’ former player who was at the time a successful junior college head coach, and with the help of his friend they executed the PLAN, together they launched 5 privately funded Arizona junior college football teams, – they have been playing since 2019, and 4-year college scholarships have been awarded and careers launched.

-And now the BEST is happening as the HOF Coaches have improved the PLAN creating a MODEL that is even more successful as USA-C and “Football Warriors” are launching private teams in Utah, Arizona, Nevada and other sites TBA.

HOW – The original PLAN called for using the local community colleges as the source of academics; but things evolved, and it was deemed necessary to find other academic sources.  As a result, the HOF Coaches stepped up again and put together an Academic Plan, outlined below, that will lead to great success.

These HOF Coaches have launched and built some of the most successful Junior College Football programs in the country; and they know the challenges faced by Junior College Football Players.  They have taken 3 important steps to provide the players of these privately funded football teams the opportunity they need for success.

FIRST – They launched an academic support company headquartered in St George Utah – – USA COLLEGIATE.  The role of USA COLLEGIATE is to pull together and administer the BEST academic support and curriculum possible.  This is an ongoing process as USA-C continually looks for the best source of providers to best meet the needs of the players.

SECOND – USA-C launched an online 2-year college geared specifically for players of privately funded teams (Post HS Collegiate/ Junior College).  The college is – USA COLLEGIATE Online, and while headquartered in St George, it can be accessed from EVERYWHERE in the world with an internet connection.  USA COLLEGIATE Online is licensed by the State of Utah as a “Degree Granting Postsecondary Proprietary School.”  Students enrolled in a USA-C program will  take courses to improve their academic standing or leading to an Associate Degree for immediate employment in a chosen career, or transfer on to an accredited college, or transfer to a trade/technical college for further training in a chosen field.

THIRD – USA COLLEGIATE selects accredited online colleges for students on a 4-year college track.  The colleges selected are considered some of the BEST in the country, and while they have great resources on campus, they rely on USA-C’s Student Support Services to assist the players of the privately funded teams to progress successfully through their ONLINE academic studies – – and during this process the Student Support Specialist will help the student/player understand the best options available to gain access to the best opportunities.

Bottom Line – As successful college coaches, we know it is about “process” and “personnel” – – and for that reason we have assembled a great TEAM, excellent online colleges that have top faculty members, an exceptionally strong team of student support specialists, advisors, and tutors at USA-C and we constantly evaluate the academic success of our students (football players) and look for ways to help them succeed at the highest level.

WHY is this so important – – Junior College Football is one of the greatest sources of highly motivated workers for ALL professions – – and a big part of the reason is competing on the college level develops “skills” that generate a WORKFORCE with the qualities all employers seek…discipline, dedication, work ethic, positive attitude, loyalty, teamwork, sense of service, mental toughness, and the physical stamina and endurance it takes to play college football – – and the knowledge and skills developed in their field of study – – prepares these young men for success in their future career.

**Junior College Football consistently proves itself as a powerful source of quality WORKERS – for ALL professions.
